CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable. Card on File A card on file is required to secure all appointments. It will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or violation of our booking policies. Thank you for booking your appointment! Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete consent forms. Only the client receiving the service may attend.
